 DESCRIPTION
Zip-Chem D-5933NS contains a multipurpose airframe grease. It is made with a synthetic base oil and a Lithium Complex thickener, which provides enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity. It has a useful temperature range of -10 0" F (-73C° )to +250° F (+I21° C). The grease is Aeroshell33 and is qualified under MlL-PRF-23827C and Boeing specification BMS3-33A.
APPLICATION
D-5933NS should not be used to replace lubrication achieved by grease gun application through zerk fittings. In combination with the snorkel, it not only saves valuable time and labor, but also reduces the expense of wasting lubricant, with an added plus of always applying a clean uncontaminated grease where needed. In use, the non-toxic, non-flammable propellants vaporize leaving only the lubricant.
FEATURES
0-5933NS can be used as a replacement for molybdenum disutfide, in problem areas like the tailing edge flaps. Other applications are: general airframe lubricant, highly loaded gears, actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and all sliding and wiping surfaces with moisture entrapment problems.
0-5933NS contains Shell Oil Company's Aeroshetl (R)" Grease 33 **Aero Shell is a Shell Oil Co. Registered Trademark.

DESCRIPTION
D-5460NS is a blend of submicro-sized ultra fine molybdenum disulfide powder dispersed in a thermoplastic resin which air dries in 5 minutes. The formulation yields a thin but durable abrasion resistant coating that is effective to 660° Fahrenheit.
APPLICATION
This product was originally formulated for DC-8 flap track fairings. Other aircraft applications include DC-10 elevator bus support system parts (springs and quick tubes) and engine applications such as fan rotor assembly and fan reverser pre-cooler duct seal lubrication. It is excellent for use as a break-in lube, rubber anti-seize and gasket coating.

DESCRIPTION
Zip-Chem D-5440NS Fluorocarbon Dry Lubricant is a fluorocarbon telomer chemically similar to Teflon* PTFE-fluorocarbon resin. Due to its chemical inertness and ability to withstand temperatures from the cryogenic range up to 500° Fahrenheit (260° C.), this fluorocarbon finds many uses not offered by other materials.
APPLICATION
Zip-Chem D-5440NS fluorocarbon in aerosol form is designed primarily for use as a dry film lubricant or mold release where the application is to a cold or warm surface (less than 300° F.). It is formulated to give the highest adhesion possible to the substrate and still give good release or lubricating properties.
